BNP-32 (human) 别名 Brain Natriuretic Peptide-32 (human), Nesiritide, BNP (1-32), human, 奈西立肽，是纳利尿肽受体 (NPRs) 的激动剂，其对 NPR-A 和 NPR-C 的 Kd 值分别为 7.3，13 pM。充血性心脏衰竭(congestive heart failure) 病人体内 BNP-32 的分泌会显著增加，对这种情况进行成功的医疗治疗可以减少 BNP-32 的分泌。
